Bangkok Dining Event: What’s on the Menu?
The sala group executive chef, Fernando Roman, has crafted a stunning 6-course that takes in cuisine styles from across the planet. As the name suggests, this menu accommodates food from around the world. This is a Bangkok dining event you do not want to miss.
Chef Fernando has created the menu with food influences from nations such as France, Italy, Spain, Thailand, Japan, Argentina, South Africa, and New Zealand. And the best part is there are lots of wines to complement each course directly from Central Wine Cellars in Bangkok.
The sumptuous 6-course menu will give you the opportunity to samples some amazing dishes. There will be stylish canapés served right away on the rooftop terrace to get you in the mood for the gastronomic pleasures that lay within. You can enjoy some amazing Argentinian Ceviche, succulent beef tenderloin, all manner of seafood delicacies such as a crustacean curry, mussel gnocchi, and a cool choice of oysters and other high-end ingredients. The 6-course menu will culminate with a stunning Spanish dessert. This is a chocolate turron with white chocolate mousse, berry coulis, and a coconut tube. It will be served with a Faustino Semi Seco Cava, which is a sparkling wine from the Roja region of Spain.
