Pattaya Countdown Party at Amari Resort Cancelled by Government

The Pattaya Countdown Party to celebrate New Year’s Eve at Amari Resort Pattaya has been canceled by the government. The reason for the cancellation is solely based on safeguarding the well-being of the public and attendees against the new COVID-19 outbreak.

The recent COVID-19 outbreak over the weekend at Samut Sakhon has reignited new restrictions for events over the New Year period. And unfortunately, the Pattaya Countdown Party at the Amari Resort Pattaya is one of the major casualties.

Amari Resort New Year’s Eve Party Cancelled

We regret to inform you that the Pattaya Countdown New Year’s Eve party at Amari Resort Pattaya has been canceled by the government for health and safety reasons. This is from no fault of our own or Amari Resort and is simply a government decision based on the recent COVID-19 outbreak.

We are extremely disappointed to cancel the event, but the decision was taken out of our hands. Essentially, the health and safety of people have to come first. This is the government’s decision, and all we can do is to follow them in a bid to curb the spread of the virus. The health and safety of people must come first, no matter how disappointed we are.

Thailand COVID-19 Restrictions

The cancellation of the event was purely down to COVID-19 concerns in regards to the current situation that has unfolded over the past few days. There is nothing that we or Amari can do about it. We are devastated that the event has been canceled by the government. But we fully understand their reasons for doing so.

Please do hold tight, and you will receive details in regards to your refund in the next few days. We only hope that you have a safe and happy new year. And hopefully, everything can go back to normal as soon as possible.
