#JAMnight LIVE! The International Series

Jameson is on a roll with their incredible line up of #Jamnight concerts, bringing the best in International music and fresh, rising talent to Thailand. Following ‘Honne and Friends’ in February, the World’s number one Irish Whisky present Mac Ayres for one night only, live in Bangkok!

At just 21 years of age, Mac Ayres has proved his talents in producing, songwriting, singing and is a self-taught multi-instrumentalist. Hailing from Sea Cliff in New York, the rising star cites his major inspirations as Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson and D’Angelo.

Age is merely a number as Mac Ayres was destined to make it big.

Mac’s Mother gifted him with a Yamaha keyboard from which kickstarted his passion for music and yearning for instrumental capabilities. At just 11 years old, he was gigging throughout Long Island in New York, fueling the years that followed with the dedication to taking his music to a professional level. While working hard to pay homage to his idols in all his work, his music retains his own stamp and individuality, setting Ayres actively apart from genre restrictions and similarities to artists in his own age bracket. His debut EP release was met with industry-wide critical acclaim and received glowing reviews from publications such as Billboard, Rolling Stone and BBC Music.

Stripped-back and soul filled, Ayres brings irresistible and minimal R&B with distinctive vocals reminiscent of Jacko at his peak.

After the release of ‘Drive Slow’, Ayres spent a year touring, writing and working on the release of his debut studio album ‘Something to Feel’. Mac heads to Asia with his signature soul sounds of lo-fi hip-hop for an incredible show that hits Bangkok on March 6th. Expect stripped back vocals and an evening that showcases the raw talent and Mac’s exceptional abilities with a multitude of instruments.
