Last year, the Bangkok Block Party brought Siam alive with a thirteen-hour mega party that spread the simple message of ‘Hip-Hop Aint Dead’. This year the Bangkok event continues to celebrate with this year an international carnival theme.
Bangkok Block Party Takes Over Siam
The event saw over 50 musicians from electro-pop, indie-electro, heavy rock and of course, hip-hop backgrounds gather iat this parking lot together, sharing their mutual passion of music, food, tattoo art, drinks and workshops.
The Bangkok Block Party is set to be bigger and better than ever. A real take over of the carnival spirit, Blaq Lyte has partnered with Rabbit to present this year three huge stages that will bring the best in home-grown and International talent to Bangkok City.
Block Party Showcases Local Carnival’s Best on Offer
The mission of the Bangkok Block Party is to unite people together while building a culture that truly showcases the best of the city’s music, lifestyle, food and culture. The event will also offer space to local barbers and pop-up tattoo workshops to provide insight into the art involved in both industries. A variety of collaborations will also take place, such as the one with Rabbit. The event truly celebrates the best in up and coming talent and is a communal event that is suitable for all ages.
The two-day party will be spread over the three stages.
