The CentralWorld Bangkok branches are planning a unique ‘new normal’ New Year’s Eve Countdown celebration that will break the ‘norm’. Did you see how I did that? Enjoy the New Year’s Eve countdown, without actually enjoying it physically!
CentralWorld Bangkok New Year’s Countdown Party
CentralWorld Bangkok in conjunction with its massive list of partners and sponsors are organizing their new normal new year’s eve countdown to highlight its reputation as “Global and Thailand’s Best Entertainment Countdown Destination’ “. Those are the words of the Bangkok Post, not ours. Does watching fireworks on television sound entertaining to you? It’s similar to having a fishbowl as a TV screensaver.
Central Pattana is welcoming people to enjoy the new year’s eve countdown at 11 of their branches across Bangkok. It will apparently be the “First-ever 5g interactive digital experience countdown style.” There will be massive digital screens inside and outside of the shopping centers where you can watch a continuous display of 6,000 fireworks going off. ON television of course. Might be better to stay at home to watch Breaking Bad on Netflix Thailand instead.
CentralWorld Bangkok Countdown
The news is that AIS 5GINteractive Wall will propel images into the heart of Bangkok so you can enjoy a virtual new year’s eve fireworks countdown display. Virtual insanity, more like. Is this really the ‘new normal’?
If it’s ‘new’, it’s not really ‘normal’. So the phrase ‘new normal’ is about as abnormal as you could ever imagine. There are some strange Orwellian-type trigger words being used in the ‘modern’ world of today. And in the ‘modern media’, although I use the term ‘media’ loosely for obvious reasons in this day and age. It’s a strange and inverted time to be living in.
Countdown Party on the Big Screen
This CentralWorld Bangkok ‘New Normal’, New Year’s Eve Countdown party will take place across the 11 branches from 6 pm to after midnight. The event will be screened on LINE from 1800 to 00.15, and also on Channel One from 10:15 pm to 12:15 am. Imagine watching a fireworks display on a large screen from the comfort of your home on TV. Are we living in the Twilight Zone?
Anyway, if you want to experience a real New Year’s Eve party in person as intended by God, this CentralWorld countdown party is sketchy at best. We would recommend that you visit the Pattaya Countdown Party at Amari Resort Pattaya to experience a real New Year’s Eve party without the virtual nonsense. Happy NEW NORMAL Year!
