Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya

This is the oldest one that is not the oldest! What we mean by that is the age of Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya is the oldest, but its look is completely not. It’s beautiful and attractive instead. This shopping center not only offers a wide range of products and restaurants but it also offers activities for both children and adult visitors. Not surprisingly, Royal Garden Pattaya is one of the highest class Pattaya shopping centers.

Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya was the first shopping center in the city. Established in 1993. Although it was established for almost 20 years, its appearance is still clean and modern. This is because Royal Garden Plaza has been developed and maintained over time.

This 4-story building offers a lot of items and activities inside. On the ground and first floor, visitors can find international retail shops and restaurants. The eateries include Guess, Chaps, Jaspal, Swarovski, Esprit, French Connection, the Coffee Club, the Pizza Company, Swenson’s, and Starbucks. There are also stalls on the walkway, so visitors can find some more items apart from the shops.

The 2nd floor offers an entertainment attraction named Ripley’s World of Entertainment. It would be a great day for friends and family, especially the kids. There are 5 sections in the attraction: Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, Ripley’s Haunted Adventure, Ripley’s 4D Moving Theater, and Ripley’s Infinity Maze, and Louis Tussaud’s Wax Museum.

On the top floor of Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya, visitors can visit Food Wave, which is an international food court with the best sea views. This is a Pattaya shopping center you must visit.

Factory Outlet Mall – Pattaya Shopping

The Factory Outlet Mall in Pattaya was the first of its kind in Thailand. It offers big discounts on popular high-street fashion brands for tourists and locals alike. There are enough shops here to keep the whole family happy and year-round bargains ensure the place is always alive with activity. Certain items are up to 70% off their original price. The shopping mall takes up a large plot of land on the corner of Thepprasit Road and Sukhumvit Road in South Pattaya. And is well designed with an abundance of palm trees lining the walkways and an almost Mediterranean feel. This Pattaya shopping complex is split into two sections: The Outlet Mall and the Premium Fashion Mall.

– Outlet Mall

The Outlet Mall is a two-story indoor shopping Centre offering selected international brands. You can find brands such as Levis, Camel Active, and Warner Bros. The Outlet Mall is the best place to pick up swim-and-beach wear for the whole family. On the lower level, you will find a large children’s clothing store. Of course, there are many ladies fashion shops to choose from with this season’s fashion.

– Premium Fashion Mall

The Premium Fashion Mall is an outdoor Pattaya shopping street concept with a range of internationally recognized brands. There are massive discounts on sportswear, golfing equipment, and fashion accessories. Notable brands include Samsonite, Nike, Adidas, Speedo, and Crocs. Although not everything in these shops is discounted, the majority of items are over 50% off their original price. Usually last season’s stock. There is a giant golf outlet shop which is housed in a separate building at the end of the Premium Fashion Mall street. This should be the first stop for anyone looking to buy clubs or attire. Titleist and Taylor Made brands are both on sale here.

The Outlet Mall might not be as big as other malls in Pattaya, but it does offer the biggest savings. There are a couple of restaurants on-site, one serving Thai-style noodles and another focusing on burgers and hot dogs. But this is a place for finding quality clothing at discount prices.

Opening Hours: Daily 10 am – 10 pm

Location: 666 Moo 12 South Pattaya Thepprasit Road, on the corner of Sukhumvit Road.

Pattaya Shopping Malls - Mike Shopping Mall Pattaya

The Mike Shopping Mall is a large complex directly on Pattaya Beach Road

Mike Shopping Mall is a chain of multi-story shopping malls on the beachfront of Pattaya, Thailand. The main mall is one of two centers named Mike Shopping Mall. Both of them are owned by The Mike Group of Thailand who also owns and operates several resorts and housing developments throughout the city.

– Large store

This larger, newer mall is on Pattaya Beach Road, south of the Pattaya Klang (Central) Road intersection.

The ground floor consists of a small supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, as well as money changers and various shops and kiosks selling clothes and locally manufactured goods. You will find a food court and a public swimming pool occupying the top floor and roof, respectively. The front entrance facing Pattaya Beach Road features an open-air beer garden and a bandstand for the occasional live band.

Along the north end of the mall lies “artist’s row”. This is a row of small stalls featuring local artists selling their original works, as well as copied masterpieces.

– Small store

The smaller, older mall is further south along Pattaya Beach Road. This mall does not contain a proper department store. The floors are occupied by private vendors selling various goods such as clothing and decorative items. Much of the clothing found in this branch are of branded clothing.

Address: 262 Moo 10 Pattaya 2nd Rd.  Banglamung, Pattaya, Thailand
